We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls, explain our products or services, answer customer queries, and generate leads or sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Graduates are welcome).
- Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English is a plus.
- Smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
