Key Responsibilities:
- Handle telephonic collections for assigned loan portfolios.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely recovery.
- Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining customer relationships.
- Achieve collection targets and maintain productivity metrics.
- Update collection status accurately in the system and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele collections.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in secured and/or unsecured loan collections will be preferred.
