Position: Telecalling Executive

Experience: 2-5 years

Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar A telecalling executive is responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and providing support through inbound and outbound calls.Job Summary A telecalling executive engages with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, address inquiries, and resolve complaints. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound customer inquiries.
- Promote and sell company products or services, including cross-selling and up-selling where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Generate leads for the sales team and follow up on potential opportunities.




- Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persuasiveness, patience, and persistence in handling customer objections.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Cool-tempered and resilient to handle rejection.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
