- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and dealers.

- Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide product information.

- Explain the features and advantages of EV products such as batteries, chargers, motors, controllers, and spare parts.

- Follow up with leads generated through the website, social media, and marketing campaigns.

- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.

- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Address customer concerns and escalate technical issues when necessary.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
