Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining robust customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily call reports and update the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,542.42 - ₹20,958.79 per month
