Job Responsibility :-

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Explain the company's products and services professionally.

- Generate sales leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

- Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.

- Maintain daily call records and update the CRM/database.

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Build and maintain good customer relationships.

- Coordinate with the Sales team for order processing and customer follow-up.

- Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.





- Ensure professional communication and maintain customer confidentiality.

- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.

- Support promotional campaigns and telemarketing activities.

Skill & Requirement :-

- Education
- Any degree

- Experience

- 6 month to 1year min.

- Salary

- 13k to 16k + PF esic
