We are looking for a passionate and reliable TEF/TCF French Teacher to join our teaching team.
This is remote role, with classes conducted according to the French Insights by Ankita teaching methodology and schedule.
Work Schedule: Classes are available on weekdays and weekends, with schedules assigned based on your availability. Weekly hours can range from a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching live online classes for A1-B2 levels, focused on TEF/TCF Canada preparation
- Explaining key grammatical concepts and solving doubts in Learn Insights doubt sessions
- Advising on what approach to follow if a student faces difficulty in any module (RLSW)
- Creating engaging lesson plans and exercises aligned with French Insights by Ankita curriculum standards
- Providing regular feedback and speaking/writing corrections to students
- Tracking student progress and maintaining high engagement and motivation levels
- Collaborating with the academic team for content, assessments,
and continuous improvement
- Maintaining a supportive and motivating classroom environment
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English (C1 level minimum in French)
- Experience teaching French as a foreign language (online experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of TEF or TCF Canada format
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create interactive, structured, and inspiring lessons
- Strong time management and organization
- Comfortable using tools like Zoom, Google Docs, Meets, or similar LMS platforms
- Degree in French / Education / Linguistics or equivalent
- Certification such as TEF, TCF, DELF B2+, DALF C1/C2 required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Punjabi and Hindi are required for supporting our diverse student community.
