Job Title: Technology Lead

Location: Pune

Job Level: 5A

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech

Salary: Up to 28 LPA

Shift: General (9:00 AM – 6:15 PM)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Responsibilities:

- Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical expertise across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design.

- Create high-level design artifacts and ensure technical excellence in deliverables.

- Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules and lead validation for all types of testing.

- Support implementation, transition, and warranty activities.

- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on complex requirements.

- Foster a team-oriented learning culture where teamwork, diversity, and excellence are encouraged.

- Analyze system performance, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.

Technical Competencies:

- Strong experience in Java, JSP, XML, jQuery,



Struts, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular 6, and Postgres/Oracle DB.

- Hands-on experience with Rules engine (Drools) and Messaging/Event Bus (Kafka).

- Familiarity with MVC, JDBC, Java GUI frameworks, and various design and architectural platforms.

- Expertise in object-oriented analysis, design patterns, and application development using Java platforms.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and DevOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Experience in client interaction and providing technical solutions in discussions with PMs/Architects.

Soft Skills:

- Team management and mentoring experience.

- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
