Role Description The Technology Instructor Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, focused on delivering engaging, hands-on technology education using AIR G International’s AI, Robotics, IoT, and VR systems. The intern will assist in planning and conducting training sessions, guiding students through practical projects, and supporting them in building, coding, and experimenting with future-focused technologies. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials,



facilitating workshops in AIR G Labs, providing individualized support to learners, and collecting feedback to improve instructional content and methods.

The intern will collaborate with educators and technical teams to align teaching with curriculum goals, ensure protected and inclusive lab environments, and contribute ideas to enhance experiential learning. This role offers direct exposure to cutting-edge educational technology and the opportunity to inspire and mentor emerging innovators.

Qualifications

Ability to design and adapt learning experiences, with skills in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design.

Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities, demonstrating effective Communication and Training skills.

Background or interest in Education, particularly STEM or technology-focused learning environments.

Foundational understanding of AI, Robotics, IoT, or related technologies; prior project or lab experience is beneficial.

Comfort working on-site in a classroom or lab setting, with the ability to support diverse learners and foster an inclusive environment.

Pursuing or holding a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, with the capacity to work collaboratively with educators and technical teams.
