Job Title : Technology Architect

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technology Architect to drive enterprise-wide technology architecture initiatives and establish architecture governance across the organization. The ideal candidate will design scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions, align IT strategy with business objectives, and provide technical leadership across multiple technology domains. This role requires expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and application modernization, preferably within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Establish enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and governance processes.
- Define and maintain enterprise technology architecture, principles, and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technology, application, system, and process architectures.
- Develop and maintain target-state architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Lead architecture design for enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Evaluate strategic technology options and recommend optimal solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, reliable, reusable, and high-performance enterprise systems.
- Review solution designs throughout project lifecycles to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
- Identify technology opportunities that improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and optimize IT investments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects and engineering teams.




- Collaborate with infrastructure teams, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout solution implementation.
- Participate in technical evaluations, architecture governance boards, and RFP assessments.
- Recommend and implement emerging technologies that support long-term business goals.
- Ensure architecture solutions comply with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Preferred Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise or technology architecture.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is highly preferred.




- Experience leading architecture reviews and enterprise transformation programs.

Educational Qualifications :

- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- MCA, M.Tech, or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized university.
