This role is ideal for someone who can contribute to development efforts while also leading projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery.

You will act as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are well-designed, efficiently executed, and aligned with project goals. Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Contribute to system design, architecture, and hands-on development when required

Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timelines, and quality standards

SLA Management: Define, monitor, and ensure adherence to service level agreements across projects

Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction

Team Coordination: Work closely with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

Requirement Management: Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Delivery Oversight: Track progress, manage risks,



and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Code and Quality Review: Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

Strong experience in software development with hands-on coding background
