Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Techno Sales Specialist, Underwriter and Claims Specialist. The role involves engaging with corporate and individual clients to understand their risk profiles, recommending suitable insurance products, and driving sales of life and general insurance solutions. The specialist will assess risks and participate in underwriting decisions, prepare proposals and documentation, and coordinate with insurers to secure appropriate coverage and competitive terms.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, delivering product presentations, providing training or guidance to clients on coverage and policy features,



and maintaining strong customer service standards. The role also includes handling claims-related queries, assisting clients in documentation and submission, tracking claim status, and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and fair claim settlement.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, insurers, and internal teams.

Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to generate business, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.

Candidates should possess Training skills to explain complex insurance concepts, conduct client sessions, and support internal knowledge sharing.

Sound understanding of life and general insurance products, risk assessment, and basic underwriting principles.

Experience in claims handling, documentation, and coordination with insurers will be highly beneficial.

Ability to work in a structured, compliance-focused environment and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field; relevant insurance certifications or IRDA-related qualifications are an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
