- Should have passion towards training and take ownership in work
- Should have excellent communication skills to deliver the training
- Should be adaptive to work in online and class room sessions
- Should be a quick learner and able to self-learn programming languages, frame works and other open sources with minimal guidance provided by the department
- Should prepare technical course content , presentations, exercises and case studies for the provided requirement
- Should interact with project managers, technical leads frequently , improve the case studies to enrich the training repository
- Should handle theory and lab sessions for fresher's and experienced associates




- Should review the associate's lab exercise individually and support the associates in completing the case studies on time
- Should prepare question papers for evaluation and evaluate the associates on needy basis
- Should be able to work in various shift to support multiple time zones

Qualifications: -

Fresher's B.E, BTech, ME, MCA ,B.Sc. with positive programming skills
