The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, passion for teaching, and the ability to engage learners with practical assignments and project-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, tailoring content to learners at various skill levels.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in front-end, and back-end technologies, providing hands-on guidance to trainees.
- Problem-Solving: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues, fostering a deep understanding of full-stack concepts.
- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects,
and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Curriculum Enhancement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to enhance the overall training program.
