- B.E. / B.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline (2025/2026 pass-out preferred)
- Completed at least one certificate course, MOOC, or capstone project in AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI (e.g., from Coursera, NPTEL, Google, Microsoft, or an equivalent recognized provider)
- Solid fundamentals in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls) and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Comfortable reading logs, APIs, and basic scripting (Python or similar) no need for production experience
- Robust written and verbal communication for client-facing ticket handling
- Willing and able to work in 247 rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per the roster
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to speed up troubleshooting, documentation, or scripting
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- A GitHub profile, personal project, or hackathon experience showing initiative
