Role Description The Technical Support Associate internship at BeFiSc is an on-site role based in Delhi, India. In this position, the intern will assist users with technical issues related to BeFiSc’s products and services, focusing on desktop computers and related systems. Daily responsibilities include responding to support tickets, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and guiding users through solutions in a explicit and professional manner.

The intern will document recurring issues,



escalate complex problems to senior team members, and contribute to improving internal support processes. This role involves close collaboration with the customer support and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of technical concerns and a reliable user experience.

Qualifications

Strong Technical Support skills, including familiarity with common support workflows and tools.

Hands-on experience with Desktop Computers, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.

Solid Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret technical information, and identify root causes.

Customer Support and communication skills to interact effectively, patiently, and professionally with users.

Troubleshooting abilities to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems efficiently.

Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a team-oriented environment.

Basic understanding of IT security or fraud risk concepts is an advantage.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
