Responsibilities Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and design tailored SaaS solutions.

Configure pricing, billing, contracts, metering, and invoicing workflows.

Partner with Sales on product demos, POCs, and RFP responses to drive successful deal closures.

Design API integrations and technical solution architectures while mitigating implementation risks.

Prepare business cases and solution documentation for customers.

Requirements 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a customer-facing Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering role within a B2B SaaS company.





Proven experience conducting technical discovery, demos, POCs, business case creation, and RFP responses.

Solid expertise in SaaS solution design, APIs, integrations, and technical architecture.

Experience partnering with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle and supporting $50K+ ACV enterprise or mid-market deals.

Hands-on experience working with North American customers and US sales cycles.

Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products; exposure to FinTech, billing, accounting, or revenue management is a plus.

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical teams and CXO-level executives.
