About the Role The Technical Sales Engineer, Storage & Dispatch is responsible for driving technical sales growth and strengthening customer relationships across cement packaging and storage applications, with a primary focus on Ventomatic packing and loading solutions within Indian accounts. The role combines strong technical expertise in cement packaging systems with commercial responsibility to identify opportunities, support customers, and deliver lifecycle value through spare parts, wear parts, services, and upgrades. This position plays a key role in expanding aftermarket business and supporting regional growth objectives.

This is an individual contributor role working within our team “pod” structure reporting to the Business Development Manager and to Work closely with the Area Sales Manager (ASMs) in India.

About the Department:

You will be part of the Cement India Service Sales Team who are dedicated to sell Spare parts & Services (Pyro & Grinding, Feeder and Packers) in assigned customer region. Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

- Provide technical support and expertise for Storage & Dispatch Equipment Ventomatic packing and loading solutions).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities for spare parts, wear parts, services,



and upgrades.
- Work Closely with Area Sales Managers, Develop and implement Sales strategies to increase market share; build value propositions and ROI to differentiate Fuller Technologies.
- Collaborate with internal Engineering teams to ensure optimal technical solution are delivered to customers.
- Act as hub, building and maintaining strong relationships internally with stakeholders to maximize Sales potential and draft proposals including competitor’s equipment & generate new sales opportunities,
- Keep track of competitors and their equipment and work out opportunities to increase business & generate new sales opportunities
- Visit installation sites to consult with customers on equipment operations, replacement requirements and pending scope of work.
- Support ASMs to Maintain comprehensive account plans for our key accounts, by providing site inputs.
- Supervise maintenance/ troubleshooting during visit, advice customers on equipment operation & maintenance are an added advantage.
- Complete regular entries and updates in CRM application including contacts, appointments and opportunities & lead.
- Complete required reporting and actively participate in internal and external meetings to achieve business targets.
- Maintain customer database for Packer equipment, including critical parts, shutdown requirements, and annual maintenance opportunities.

What you bring

- Degree in Engineering and ~10 years of experience selling / service in the cement industry w.r.to Packing equipment.




- Knowledge of Packing plant with specific knowledge and working experience on spare parts and services for packing & loading section.
- Working experience on Fuller Technologies / Haver & Boecker/ Beumer is desirable
- Proactive nature with effective communication & presentation skills in English & Hindi and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good in customer engagement and contribute to business development
- Eagerness to travel, 70% of time should be spent conducting visits to our customers.
- Direct engagement and cement knowledge of these markets within this region as well as other
