Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday) (Saturday WFH)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven background in hiring Engineering and Quality professionals for the Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing, Rail or Industrial Engineering sectors.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of engineering functions, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and technical skillsets, enabling them to effectively assess candidates and partner with hiring managers.

This role requires working in the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift .

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source, screen and assess engineering professionals across multiple technical domains.
- Conduct competency-based telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.




- Manage salary negotiations and offer closures.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.

Talent Sourcing

- Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, social media, and industry networks.
- Conduct talent mapping for niche engineering and quality roles.
- Identify passive candidates from competitor organisations.
- Develop strong candidate pipelines for recurring requirements.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring updates.
- Ensure recruitment SLAs and hiring timelines are achieved.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Recruitment Operations

- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
- Generate recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
- Support employer branding initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
- Strong experience hiring for Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Rail or Quality Services.
- Excellent understanding of engineering functions, manufacturing processes, quality tools, and technical terminology.
- Experience recruiting Quality Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers,



Resident Engineers, Project Engineers and Inspection professionals.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, X-Ray Search, Boolean Search and social recruiting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical requirements simultaneously.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift.

Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech (preferred) with an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with relevant technical recruitment experience, may also be considered.

3-5 years of relevant experience in Technical Recruitment.
