- Responsible for sourcing & screening resumes for APAC staffing, conducting recruitment, scheduling & interviewing candidates, discussing offer both for junior and middle positions.
- Assist in hiring by screening and interviewing candidates.
- Developing cutting-edge pre joining strategy, maintaining regular contacts with candidates and keeping them warm post offer acceptance.
- Prepare internal and external job advertisement, Web posting, specifications for external recruitment job boards.
- Sourcing profiles from Job Portals & references. Short listing the profiles as per and job specification.
- Managing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
