- Market bench consultants on LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other US job portals • Submit candidates to vendors and direct clients on a daily basis • Coordinate interviews and follow up for client feedback • Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with clients/vendors • Maintain daily marketing reports and submission tracking • Achieve weekly and monthly placement targets Preferred Skills: ✅ Positive communication & negotiation skills ✅ Knowledge of the US staffing process is a plus
