About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking .
- Utilize Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, ATS records, and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.





Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Boolean Search , X-Ray Search , and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals .
- Experience using social media platforms and employee referrals for talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and technical roles.
- Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Experience in interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred).
- Experience working in an IT Staffing, Recruitment Consulting, or IT Services organization.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, talent mapping, and market research.
