Role Description The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of AI-driven and software development projects. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, defining project scope and timelines, managing resources, and tracking progress to ensure high-quality, on-schedule delivery. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills for planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives.





Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, both written and verbal.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify risks, solve problems, and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership abilities to motivate, guide, and align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.

Experience managing software development or AI/ML projects, preferably in a product or services environment.

Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA or similar project management platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software architectures is beneficial.

Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Ahmedabad, with strong ownership, adaptability, and a focus on outcomes.
