Leadership:
- Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship to development teams building scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Ensure code quality by enforcing best practices in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and automated testing.
3. Stakeholder & Risk Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between local/global clients,
third-party vendors, and internal engineering teams.
- Identify potential project risks and proactively establish mitigation plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 10-15 years in IT software development, with at least 3-5 years specifically in a technical project management role leading .NET teams.
- Core Tech: Understanding of the .NET ecosystem, including C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Methodology: Strong practical experience with Protected Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Certifications: PMP or Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM) are highly preferred.
