Technical Project Manager - I

Exxat is a US-headquartered SaaS company building technology that powers Health Sciences education at leading universities. Our cloud-based platform brings together clinical education, curriculum management, compliance, scheduling, and academic operations into a single, integrated solution.

The Technical Project Manager-I (TPM-I) is responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. The role partners closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time while managing scope, risks, and dependencies. TPM-I drives the day-to-day execution cadence, including Agile ceremonies, stakeholder communication, and project tracking, while building the technical and delivery expertise required to manage larger, more complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Own project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery for a single workstream.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and IT teams to define project objectives and deliverables.




- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project status, identify risks and dependencies, and drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate execution across 1–2 Engineering and QA teams

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical project management or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or product-based software company.
- Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Basic understanding of technical architecture and system design.
- Robust stakeholder communication and task prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows.
- PMP or any other equivalent certification is an advantage
