Technical Project Manager
Position Overview: A Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The TPM acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, risk management,
and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans; track progress and adjust as necessary.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and met by the development teams.
- Monitor and report on project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in IT or software development.
- Robust understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with developing agentic AI based application
- Prolific user of Iim based tools such as Chathpt. Gemini etc
- Nice to have exposure to Azure Stack.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Mandatory Technical & Domain Skills:
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Hands-on experience with
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello Ability to interpret and manage technical requirements
- Experience leading IT or software development projects.
