Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end software development projects from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress, manage risks, resolve blockers, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee resource planning, sprint management, and release coordination.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to SDLC and project management best practices.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Prior hands-on development experience with .NET and React.js.




- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end software development projects.
