Role Overview

You support the Senior TPM in keeping the CTO Office delivery engine running across multiple engineering teams. You coordinate meetings, maintain the delivery tracker, manage artefact logistics, and ensure action items are tracked to closure. You must have worked in an setting where AI products shipped to real customers — you understand the vocabulary, the stakes, and the pace.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the CTO Office delivery tracker: update status, track blockers, flag risks to the Senior TPM
- Coordinate cross-team meetings and manage meeting logistics
- Manage the artefact library: versioned, accessible, and up to date
- Track action items from all CTO Office meetings and chase resolution with owners
- Prepare weekly status updates and monthly delivery summaries




- Manage the CTO Office calendar including cross-team alignment sessions and executive reporting slots

Ideal Candidate Experience

Exp: 8 years

Must Have

- Worked in an AI product company where ML features or AI models shipped to production customers
- Coordinated delivery across multiple engineering teams simultaneously
- Maintained delivery trackers or programme boards at team level
- Produced clear written status updates for senior stakeholders
- 3 years in programme coordination or technical project support in a product company

Nice To Have

- Familiarity with AI/ML development vocabulary: model releases, inference pipelines, guardrails
- Experience supporting a TPM or engineering leader in a fast-moving product environment
