- Lead FATP programs fromNPI through production ramp and mass manufacturing.

- Own execution plans, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.

- Ensure successful product launches and manufacturing readiness.

nAssembly & Production Readiness

- Ensure readiness of assembly lines, manpower, equipment, consumables, and processes.
N
- Coordinate production planning to meet customer demand.
N
- Drive execution across prototype, pilot, and volume production stages.
N

nTest & Validation Management

N

n
- Coordinate functional testing, reliability testing, and software flashing activities.
N
- Ensure test stations and validation equipment are production-ready.
N
- Track test performance and failure trends.
N

nQuality & Yield Improvement

N

n
- Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY), test yield, and assembly quality metrics.
N
- Lead issue resolution related to assembly defects and test failures.
N




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality.
N

nCross-Functional Leadership

- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, SCM, Logistics, and Operations teams.
N
- Facilitate customer program reviews and manufacturing status updates.
N
- Drive alignment across all functions to meet launch commitment.

nProduction Ramp & Customer Delivery

- Manage manufacturing ramp-up and stabilization activities.

- Monitor production output, cycle time, and delivery performance.

- Ensure customer requirements are met in terms of quality, cost, and schedule.
