Role Purpose The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of product and engineering initiatives, ensuring predictable and timely delivery across multiple cross-functional teams. The role acts as the operational backbone between Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Design, and Leadership by managing project execution, sprint planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery governance.

The ideal candidate will establish delivery excellence through structured project management practices, proactive stakeholder communication, continuous process improvement, and effective utilisation of Agile methodologies and Jira.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

Own and manage the end-to-end execution of product development initiatives across multiple teams.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.

Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure successful execution of product roadmaps while maintaining alignment with business priorities.

Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Design, and Leadership teams.

Agile Project Management

Own and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, epics, stories, and sprint configurations.

Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Monitor sprint execution and ensure delivery against committed sprint goals.

Track progress of user stories, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and closure.





Work closely with Product Managers to prioritise work based on business impact, customer requirements, and delivery timelines.

Execution & Stakeholder Coordination

Translate leadership decisions, product discussions, and strategic initiatives into actionable work items.

Ensure effective follow-up and execution of leadership and product action items.

Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to eliminate blockers and improve delivery velocity.

Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through regular project updates, dashboards, and status reports.

Drive accountability across teams to achieve delivery commitments.

Resource & Capacity Management

Perform resource planning and capacity management across engineering teams.

Ensure optimal resource allocation and utilisation to maximise productivity.

Identify workload imbalances and recommend resource adjustments where required.

Governance & Reporting

Maintain accurate project documentation, delivery metrics, risk registers, and dependency trackers.

Prepare executive-level project health reports, delivery dashboards, and milestone updates.

Ensure complete visibility of project progress through accurate Jira reporting and governance.

Continuous Improvement

Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase engineering efficiency and predictability.

Improve Agile maturity, delivery governance, and execution discipline across teams.

Drive initiatives to reduce overdue tasks, minimise delivery risks, and improve overall execution quality.
