Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience delivering multiple programs from planning through execution. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, quality, and business teams while ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple technical programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and business objectives are achieved.
- Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for clients and internal stakeholders, managing requirements, expectations, and communication.
- Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and escalations while driving resolution.
- Partner with engineering teams to understand product architecture and provide technical program oversight.
- Ensure documentation complies with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and applicable regulatory standards.
- Prepare executive dashboards, program reports, roadmaps, and client presentations.
- Mentor and manage project teams, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure successful program execution.




- Continuously improve delivery processes and adapt to changing business priorities.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 4+ years of Technical Program or Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and project delivery frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and high-level system architecture.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience managing Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, or Cloud programs.
- Exposure to Python, R, SQL, or NoSQL technologies.
- PMP certification or familiarity with PMBOK practices.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or Digital Health.
- Knowledge of Design History Files (DHF), quality management systems, and external audits.
