About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong and professionally mature individual who can work closely with clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong technical understanding, leadership potential, and the ability to coordinate between clients and developers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and client interaction, and wants to grow into a Technical Product Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Engineering Leadership role.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Account Management

Participate in technical meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Understand client requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks for engineering teams.

Maintain professional communication with clients and provide regular project updates.

Support the management of multiple client accounts and ongoing projects.

Product & Requirements Management

Assist in creating and maintaining Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), technical specifications, user stories, and project documentation.

Work with clients and internal teams to define project scope and priorities.

Ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood by developers.

Technical Coordination

Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, and project stakeholders.

Help break down business requirements into technical solutions.

Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning.

Track project progress and identify potential risks or blockers.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship





Support junior engineers by providing technical guidance when needed.

Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Documentation & Process Improvement

Create and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, technical specifications, and process documents.

Ensure all project requirements and decisions are properly documented.

Help improve delivery processes and team collaboration practices.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in Software Engineering, Technical Project Coordination, Product Management, or a related role.

Strong understanding of software development processes and modern web/mobile technologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to confidently interact with clients and lead technical discussions.

Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Professional attitude and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.

Experience writing PRDs, technical documentation, or user stories.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Basic understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.

Leadership potential and interest in managing teams in the future.
