Accosis, a leading fintech company, is looking for a proactive Technical Product Manager. He/She needs to have strong business analysis expertise to drive efficiency and innovation within our technology solutions. This role involves evaluating and improving business processes, leading projects, and collaborating with various teams to deliver effective solutions.
Role & responsibilities
- Evaluate and document existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Lead reviews of business processes, develop optimization strategies and stay updated on process and IT advancements.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders and management.
- Perform requirements analysis and document outcomes comprehensively.
- Communicate insights and plans clearly to cross-functional teams and management.
- Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and management to ensure project success.
- Manage projects, develop project plans, monitor performance, and ensure timely project completion.
- Update, implement, and maintain procedures to align with business needs.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business requirements, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain cost efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders & users and manage competing priorities and resources.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs effectively.

- Strong product thinking and documentation skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities with hands-on experience in business analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools for data analysis and presentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing principles.
- Familiarity with at least one reporting tool for graphical data representation.
- Eagerness to learn and explore recent tools and technologies.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate, Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Robust track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in the fintech industry is preferred.
