We're looking for a Technical Onboarding & Implementation Intern to help our engineering team onboard customers and support technical implementations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with developer tools, and learning how real-world software deployments work.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers to assist with environment setup, basic configuration, debugging, and customer onboarding. The role provides hands-on exposure to modern development workflows, DevOps tools, and client-facing technical support. What You'll Do

Assist with customer onboarding and technical setup.

Help install, configure, and verify software on Linux, macOS, or Windows systems.

Run CLI commands and scripts, collect outputs, and assist in troubleshooting issues.

Work with Git repositories using platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or other Git-based systems.

Understand project structure and follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) during implementations.

Read and make small modifications to Python scripts under guidance.

Configure applications using environment variables, configuration files, and basic Docker setups.

Help diagnose issues related to installations, permissions, networking, APIs, authentication, or configuration.

Document issues, solutions, and implementation steps for future reference.

Communicate clearly with both internal teams and customers.

Skills

Basic understanding of Python and the ability to read and understand existing code.

Good understanding of Git concepts such as repositories, branches, commits, pull requests, and remotes.

Familiarity with Git platforms like GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar tools.





Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Comfortable using the command line (Terminal/PowerShell/Bash).

Able to install software, configure packages, manage environment variables, and execute CLI tools.

Familiarity with Linux, macOS, or Windows operating systems.

Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP is a plus.

Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good written and spoken English.

Has built small projects or completed practical coursework using Python and Git.

Takes ownership of assigned tasks and communicates progress clearly. This internship is designed to give you practical exposure to real-world engineering workflows, customer onboarding, debugging, deployment, and modern software development practices while working closely with experienced engineers.
