Job Summary

Valunix Consulting is looking for a Technical Manager Property Valuation to lead and oversee property valuation assignments for banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, and valuation firms. The candidate will be responsible for technical review, report verification, team coordination, quality control, client communication, and timely delivery of valuation reports.

This role requires strong knowledge of property valuation, mortgage valuation, real estate assessment, and report review processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and approve property valuation reports prepared by the technical team.
- Coordinate with field engineers, technical coordinators, and clints.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of valuation reports before submission.
- Analyse property documents, legal records, and technical information.
- Conduct technical verification of residential, commercial, industrial, and land properties.
- Manage report timelines and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Handle client queries and provide technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, and valuation firms.
- Monitor team productivity and report quality standards.
- Train and guide junior engineers and coordinators.
- Maintain valuation records, MIS reports, and documentation.

- Robust analytical and report review skills.
- Good communication and client handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
