Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade software applications. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on development experience. This role requires mentoring development teams, driving architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

The Technical Lead will work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software in an Agile environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership

- Lead a team of software engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to developers.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Conduct technical design and architecture reviews.
- Drive technical decision-making and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Promote continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

Software Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Solution Design
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design scalable and maintainable application architectures.
- Define technical standards, reusable components, and design patterns.




- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.

Agile Delivery
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Estimate development effort and support backlog refinement.
- Ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify technical requirements.

DevOps & CI/CD
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate build, deployment, and release processes.
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization.
- Ensure application deployments follow DevOps best practices.
- Monitor production environments and support incident resolution.

Quality Assurance
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews and automated testing.
- Promote unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
- Identify and resolve technical debt.
- Ensure security, reliability, and maintainability of applications.

Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and stakeholders.
- Communicate technical solutions and project status effectively.
- Support knowledge sharing across development teams.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience with at least 2–3 years in a Technical Lead role.
- Solid experience leading development teams in Agile environments.
- Hands-on expertise in enterprise application development.
- Excellent analytical,
