L2 IDMC Engineer (5-8 Years Relevant Experience)

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced L2 IDMC Engineer to provide advanced support for Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environments. The role will be responsible for ETL/ELT pipeline support, deployments, platform configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, PowerExchange support, and operational issue resolution to ensure reliable and efficient data integration services.

Key Responsibilities

Support and monitor IDMC ETL/ELT pipelines, workflows, and data integration processes.

Perform application deployments, configuration changes, and setting support activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform, connectivity, and data integration issues.

Provide support for PowerExchange and related source/target connectivity components.

Investigate job failures, performance bottlenecks, and operational incidents.

Execute platform maintenance activities and implement approved changes.

Collaborate with L1, L3, platform administrators,



and business teams for incident resolution.

Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Ensure adherence to SLA, operational, and governance requirements.
