- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security guidelines.
- Identify system bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and recommend improvements.
- Drive CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices to enhance development efficiency.
- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking within agile delivery frameworks.
