Tech Lead Software Engineering | Hyderabad | 4–7 Years
What are we looking for?
We need a hands-on Java Backend Tech Lead who can build scalable backend systems while also guiding a team of engineers.
Key skills required:
- Robust Java + Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with Microservices & REST APIs
- Good knowledge of System Design & Distributed Systems
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Exposure to AWS, Docker & Kubernetes
- Understanding of performance, scalability, caching & asynchronous processing
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ is a plus
- Should have experience mentoring engineers, reviewing code and taking technical decisions
Ideal candidate: A Senior Java Backend Engineer / Tech Lead with 4–7 years of experience who is still hands-on with coding and has started taking ownership of architecture, system design, team mentoring, and delivery.
