6+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven ownership of end-to-end system development and delivery.

At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams of 3–8 software engineers as a Technical Lead or Engineering Manager.

Strong experience in full-stack development, including backend (Node.js, Java, or Python), frontend (React or Angular), relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including unit testing, end-to-end testing, performance testing, and load testing.

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding, debugging, and code review while following spec-driven engineering practices.

Strong foundation in computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and system design.

Proven experience designing scalable software architectures and driving technical decisions from design through production deployment.

Experience implementing microservices architecture and building scalable, reliable, and maintainable distributed systems.

Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, conduct code reviews,



and improve engineering practices such as code quality, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams.

Robust business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges and make sound engineering decisions. ? Key Responsibilities
