Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure operations ensuring high availability and performance.
- Oversee and perform Windows Server administration, including configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Manage storage infrastructure, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
- Administer and support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Configure, monitor, and maintain networking infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routers).
- Provide system administration support for Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
- Ensure ITIL & ITSM processes are followed for incident, change, and problem management.
- Lead a technical team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
- Perform root cause analysis for critical issues and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT projects, upgrades,



and migrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and system/network administration.

Solid hands-on experience in:

- Windows Server Administration
- Storage & Backup Administration (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC, Veeam, Commvault)
- Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Networking (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
- Linux & Mac OS administration
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL & ITSM practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant certifications preferred: MCSE, VCP, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL v4, RHCSA/RHCE.
