Role: Technical Lead – Full Stack + AI

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack + AI to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications while driving the adoption of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-stack development, team leadership, and experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web and mobile applications.
- Guide and mentor development teams, perform code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and implement AI-powered features using up-to-date AI APIs, LLMs, and automation tools.
- Drive architecture decisions, technical planning, and project execution.
- Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable software through testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Participate throughout the complete product development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Promote the adoption of AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise or consumer-facing applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with: JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, ReactJS,



Angular, React Native, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
- Minimum 2+ years of experience leading development teams, task planning, estimation, mentoring, and project delivery.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Linux environments.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solve complex technical problems.

AI Skills (Preferred/Required) -

- Experience integrating AI-powered features into web or enterprise applications.
- Working knowledge of: Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents (preferred)
- Experience using AI APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or similar.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical implementation in software products.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, or a related discipline
