We're hiring: Tech Lead — AI & Data Engineering | Devsatva LLP

At Devsatva, we build agentic AI pipelines, MCP servers, and real-time data platforms for clients like Singapore Airlines, Unilever India, and Billabong High. We're looking for a Tech Lead who can own architecture and delivery end-to-end — someone who still writes code but also sets technical direction and mentors the team.

What you'll do

- Lead design and delivery of data pipelines, RAG systems, and agentic AI workflows across client engagements
- Own architecture decisions across the stack — data engineering (Kafka/Flink/Spark), MCP server development, MLOps, and MarTech automation
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients, translating business goals into shippable systems
- Mentor and review the work of full-stack and data engineers; raise the bar on code quality and delivery




- Balance hands-on building with planning, estimation, and technical strategy

What we're looking for

- 6 years building production systems, with 2 in a lead or senior role
- Strong Python; comfort across data pipelines, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS)
- Experience with real-time data (Kafka, Flink, or Spark) and/or LLM-based systems (RAG, agents, MCP)
- Someone who can own ambiguity, make architectural calls, and bring a team along
- Consulting or multi-client delivery experience is a solid plus
