Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the development of our products from concept to production. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with the CEO and various business teams to understand requirements, convert them into technical solutions, mentor developers, and ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer with excellent communication skills, proven leadership experience, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality applications on time.

Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design and development of web applications.
- Understand business requirements from the CEO and cross-functional teams and translate them into clear technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Mentor and guide developers by conducting code reviews, sharing best practices, and improving engineering standards.
- Own the complete software development lifecycle from planning and architecture to deployment and production support.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule without compromising quality.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and secure application architectures.
- Implement and maintain automated testing and quality assurance practices.
- Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- 4-5+ years of professional software development experience.




- Strong understanding of software architecture and agile development.
- Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Strong understanding of common Design Patterns and when to apply them.
- Experience with REST APIs and backend service design.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and testing best practices.
- Experience with production deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and server/infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Solid debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
