Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive architecture, engineering excellence, and delivery across multiple digital lending products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS), enterprise application development, and leading engineering teams within the BFSI/NBFC domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions across multiple product lines.
- Drive engineering excellence with a strong focus on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Improve customer experience by delivering intuitive, reliable, and high-quality products.
- Champion Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and continuous improvement practices.
- Break down complex business requirements into manageable user stories and technical deliverables.
- Establish robust development processes, coding standards, and project governance.
- Work on both strategic technology initiatives and day-to-day engineering execution.
- Manage project timelines,



engineering deliverables, resource planning, and project roadmaps.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and defining growth opportunities plans.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Required Skills & Experience Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in software development, architecture, and enterprise application development.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, or managing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) within an NBFC or BFSI organization.
- Strong expertise in digital lending platforms and end-to-end loan lifecycle management.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with workflow/BPM engines.
- Integration experience with:
- Credit Bureau systems
- KYC platforms
- Third-party financial APIs

- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with caching technologies and application performance tuning.
- Working knowledge of Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
