About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Head with strong hands-on experience in Industrial Electrical Systems, Industrial Automation, and EPC Projects. The candidate should have practical exposure in BOM preparation, VFD commissioning, breaker & transformer selection, site execution, troubleshooting, and handling turnkey industrial projects.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling technical discussions, project execution, commissioning activities, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle complete technical execution of Electrical & Automation projects.
- Prepare and verify BOMs, material requirements, and technical specifications.
- Supervise electrical panel wiring, control wiring, and field installations.
- Handle commissioning and troubleshooting of VFDs, drives, PLCs,



and automation systems.
- Coordinate with clients during installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Review technical drawings, SLDs, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Support procurement team in technical selection of breakers, transformers, cables, switchgears, and automation components.
- Conduct site visits for project execution, inspections, and technical discussions.
- Guide and supervise technicians, electricians, and project teams.
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Maintain project documentation, technical reports, and execution records.

Tools & Software:

- MS Excel (Advanced trackers, BOQ/BOM, MIS)
- MS Word & PowerPoint (Technical Documentation & Reports)
- Basic Project Planning Tools (Timelines, Gantt-based tracking)

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 815 years of experience in the Electrical & Automation industry.
- Experience in EPC / Turnkey / Industrial Automation projects preferred.
- Good understanding of industrial electrical components and protection systems.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with industrial site travel and client coordination.
