About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of software development and digital transformation projects.
- Plan, manage, and track project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, release planning, backlog prioritisation, and delivery tracking.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, governance processes, and organisational best practices.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to business stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve delivery milestones and business objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and transparent reporting.
- Support production releases, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track delivery KPIs such as velocity, sprint burndown, release readiness, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6 years of overall IT experience with experience in project delivery, technical programme management, or engineering leadership.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience delivering enterprise web, mobile, cloud, or API-based applications.




- Knowledge of application architecture, system integration, and microservices.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Exposure to DevOps tools, containerisation (Docker), and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of API management and enterprise integration.
- Experience in Digital Transformation, Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, or Enterprise Applications.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications are preferred.
