Role Description The Technical Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kanpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role involves coordinating technical aspects of system windows and doors projects, including reviewing specifications, supporting installation teams, and ensuring adherence to performance and design standards.

The Technical

Coordinator will provide technical support to customers and internal teams, handle queries related to product features and applications, and assist in troubleshooting issues. Daily activities include collaborating with sales and project management teams, preparing basic documentation or reports, tracking project progress,



and helping align technical requirements with client expectations. The role also includes maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution from initial inquiry through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage customer quotations
- Coordinate with vendors for product pricing, specifications, and availability
- Review technical requirements, drawings, and measurements
- Coordinate with the internal sales and design team
- Maintain quotation and vendor records
- Follow up with vendors and ensure timely responses
- Support smooth coordination between customers, vendors, and the internal team Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret technical specifications, assess project requirements, and support problem-solving.

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Experience in Aluminium & uPVC Windows and Doors is preferred.
- Good knowledge of measurements, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Strong Excel and computer skills.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
