Job Summary

Valunix Consulting is looking for a Technical Coordinator to support property valuation assignments by coordinating with field engineers, reviewing inspection data, analysing property documents, preparing valuation reports, and ensuring timely delivery of reports to clients.

The role involves regular coordination with banks, financial institutions, valuation firms, and internal teams for case tracking, query resolution, report management, and valuation support activities. This is primarily an office-based role with strong exposure to the property valuation, real estate, and banking sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with field engineers, valuation teams, banks, and financial institutions.
- Review site inspection reports, property photographs, and field observations.
- Verify property-related documents and supporting records.
- Prepare, format, and finalize valuation reports.
- Analyze property information and ensure report accuracy.
- Maintain project records, databases, and documentation.
- Track report status and ensure timely submission to clients.
- Coordinate with banks, valuation firms, and internal teams for clarifications and query resolution.
- Perform quality checks before report submission.
- Support process improvement and documentation management activities.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure adherence to timelines.
