– Technical CRM Qualification

- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience
- 3–10 years of experience in Technical CRM, Site CRM, Customer Relations, Project Coordination, or Post-Sales in the Real Estate / Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of residential construction and building services.
- Knowledge of civil, finishing, plumbing, electrical, and MEP-related works.
- Experience in snagging, apartment inspection, possession, and handover processes.
- Robust coordination skills with customers and internal project teams.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
